The Stress Reduction and Relaxation Program begins on Sunday October 20th, 4:30- 6:30.
This program is based on the landmark MBSR program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

C.D. Released last year, “Yoga for Back Strength and Stability” has sold out the first edition. The C.D. will be rereleased in the near future. It contains a one hour practice track and a 20 minute deep relaxation Yoga Nidra track.
