  • STRESS REDUCTION AND RELAXATION PROGRAM WILL BEGIN ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20, 4:30- 6:30. This 8-week program is based on the landmark MBSR program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Fee is $285 plus $35. materials cost.
